This post is for my friend who like to know exact times for cooking....my oven is not yours but I took pictures just for you. I did 8 minutes on each side not on the very top rack but the next one down and broil.
Side one after 8 minutes
Side 2 after 8 minutes
I put it on top rack for 3 min to brown it some more

You are the BEST FRIEND ever! I'm so excited to try these and it seems a lot healthier than putting them in egg, flour and cooking oil! My only other question would be...what if I don't have that broiler pan? I think we had one, but then threw it out because we never, ever used it. Would another oven pan work okay, say a 9X13? Thanks for the pictures, you know me well! Angela
