Menu Plan Monday Week of Feburary 7

I don't know about all of you...but we had SNOW this week. My oldest was home 4 days this week. I enjoyed having him home, but I am ready to get back into routine. All our activities got cancelled for last week, so my menu didn't get followed. I am hoping to stay on track this week...wish me luck :)

Monday –Chicken Chimichangas

Tuesday-Taco ring

Wednesday-Crunchy baked chicken (via Christi Pickering) mac and cheese and Sweet potatoes

Thursday- General Tso Chicken in the crock pot served over rice.

Friday-Pizza

Saturday-Breakfast
